COSTS and STANDARDS

Can anyone please tell me why oh why are so many nursing homes and nurseries with the larger companies for disposal of there waste. Been to an appointment today and they are paying £11.00 per bag and disposing of 60 bags per week. Who in there right mind would do this,and to make it worse they are in a 3 yr contract well the last 12 months of it.
When will the healthcare industry wake up ,we independents will save you at least 50% on those costs and more.I also took a video last week of a very well known hygiene company(prob biggest in uk) where one of there operatives firstly walks through a super market with dirty sanitary units ,then to behold follows me upstairs to the public restaurant and does exactly the same again ,walks past tables with food on,high chairs,where are there standards,infact where are there modesty bags to hide these units.

Sunshine

Well people it looks as if summer has arrived,but there is a but,along with the sun comes our little flying things,pest yes flys ,bees and wasps.Last year there was a world wide shortage of Pyrethrin which is the main ingredient in pest sprays.This year will be not quite so bad but i am advising everyone to get your refill sprays for there dispensers early .New stocks are arriving in April  but going on last years figures they will be moving very quick,dont get caught out and have to pay an absorbedent price later in the year when stocks are low,last year people had to pay £6/£8 per refill can or go without.
